1847, 10¢ black, position 63R, large, well balanced margins, tied on a folded letter addressed to Somerset Ohio by three clear strikes of red numeral "10" handstamp with a blue "Baltimore Md. Aug 11" cds at left, manuscript "Paid", stamp large balanced margins, Extremely Fine, ex-Guido Craveri ; signed Ashbrook, with 1992 P.F. certificate.

1847, 10¢ black, short transfer at top, four large margins with tiny fiber inclusion in top margin, tied by two strikes of red 10 handstamp on 1850 Mechanic's Bank of Baltimore letterhead letter to Philadelphia, Pa., additionally tied by blue "Baltimore, Md., Nov 8" cds, blue Philadelphia "R" recorded handstamp applied on arrival with manuscript "47" registry number below addressing, Extremely Fine and choice; with 2018 P.F. certificate.

1847, 10¢ black, ample to mostly large margins, tied by neat red square grid handstamp on 1848 folded letter to London, Canada, matching "New York, Sep 18" cds, manuscript "9" pence due rating and red "Queenstown, U.C., Sep 20, 1858" exchange cds additionally tying stamp, reverse with Hamilton, C.W. transit and receiving date stamps; central file fold, Very Fine and choice; with 2012 P.F. certificate.

1847 (1875 Reproduction), 5¢ red brown, with vertical stitch watermark, bottom right corner margin single, without gum as issued, large margin with full corner sheet selvage, rich vivid color, a Superb jumbo, with only two examples to receive this grade with only one example higher (a 100J); with 2003 P.F. & 2005 and 2019 P.S.E. certificates, the latter two Graded (Superb 98J, $4,000).
