Grenada, 1864, Queen Victoria, 1d green, rough perf 14 to 16, two horiz. pair & diagonal bisect tied by indistinct cancel on reverse of 1880 cover to Madeira, postmarked "Grenada MY 18 80" cds with red "London Ship Letter JU 14 80" transit on front, Very Fine, This cover is a great rarity and comes from an oldtime collection formed in the 1930's and 40's, however the B.P.A. gave a "No Opinion" for this when recently submitted for expertising. As such, this is being offered on its own merits. Scott Nos. 3.
