Philippines, 1946 Multi-Franked "Victory" Cover to U.S., 1944 "Victory" Overprints 2¢ strip of 3, 16¢, and 20¢ (damaged corner) tied by JAN 16 Tacloban. Leyte cancel from Major R.D. Walcott ASAFFE "Advance Echelon" to Lake Mills, Wisconsin, JAN 16 APO 500 cancel on reverse, overall Very Fine, scarce, only 24 covers are recorded in the Brewster census.

Philippines, 1944, 6c dark brown, handstamped "VICTORY", tropicalized o.g., deep rich color, Very Fine and rare, only 206 were produced, virtually all of the examples have tropicalized gum or interleaving adhering to the gum, census compiled by Brewster and published in Possessions lists shows 47 known examples, last offered in 2004 auction; signed Economist, with 2004 P.F. certificate.
