Philippines, 1898-99 Revolutionary Government Guinaido Issues Proof Sheet, shows 8c registration issue, three newspaper stamps (all 1m), 10c "Recibos" revenue and five different denominations (50c/20P) for revenue stamped paper. and a "ghost" impression to the right of the 50c revenue, all in blue on 11¼ x 9" heavy paper, a little bit of edge wear, Very Fine and very rare.

Philippines, 1899, 2¢ red, tied by "Comunicaciones Filipinas, Aparbi" origin seal postmark on 1899 cover to Binondo, entered the government mails with U.S. 1899, 1¢ Postage Due, four singles, applied and additional "Postage Due 4 Cts" handstamp below, reverse with "Mil Sta. No. 1, Manila, Philippine, Jul 22, 1899" receiving postmark, cover erosion at top affecting 2¢ stamp and at lower left, Fine, extremely rare usage in combination the postage due issues.
