1959-85 Postage Due Specialized Plate Blocks, outstanding collection neatly arranged on black stock pages in a large three ring binder, virtually all NH with ½¢-$5 values, mostly in complete matched sets, highlights including half cent value with/the four normal plate numbers in matched sets plus a single lower left plate #26292 block (Durland cat. $750), good representation of all values in matched sets missing only rare plate numbers, the $5 value has 66 plate blocks mostly in matched sets, a number of Dull Gum varieties also noted, a cover page from the collector explains highlights in the collection, total 2020 Durland value $8900+, hard to duplicate, Fine to Very Fine or better.
