Philippines, Revenue Stock, housed on pages by Warren #'s in four stockbooks; staring with some 1899 Sello issues and few flowing Giro's, strength in later issues including 1905 Documentary 50p & 100p blocks of 25 mint, also the scarce 2p & 5p driver licence issues, nice range of other issues throughout including a few documents; inspect.

Portuguese Colonies, Collection, 17 different colonies in Scott album, high degree of completion throughout with better singles and sets, includes good Angra and Funchal, Horta, Inhambane with later mint sets, complete Kionga both mint & used (cat $162), Lourenco Marques complete nearly complete from 1896, Madreira, strong completion in Mozambique and near complete Nyassa, Ponta Delgada missing one issue for completion, Congo nearly all in complete sets, India sparse in early issues with better later surcharge and good completion after 1880, Quelimane complete mint (cat $164), Tete complete mint ($123), good showing of Timor and Zambezia, etc., condition a little mixed and above the norm, worth inspection.

Romania, Collection, 1862-1948, mint and used collection/accumulation in three RK stockbooks, two containing a collection in chronological order, mostly all different sets, singles, blocks of four, souvenir sheets etc., including Scott #14 used on piece (signed), B279-88 Sports sheets of nine perf and imperf NH, B292-303 NH set plus set on grey paper (n.g. as issued), a third stockbook feat. duplicate accumulation of hundreds mint and used and many mint blocks, generally Fine to Very Fine.
