Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 8r black on red brown, quadrisect, Mazatlan, right portion of stamp with district name in triangular split, on 1861 folded letter sheet to Mazatalan, tied by Sinaloa fancy oval handstamp (Schatzkes 781); stamp with chipped corner, otherwise Very Fine, the Schimmer-Bash census with only 4 triangular quadrisects were found among 1,200 first and second issue splits, truly rare; with 2018 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
