Scott Nos. 202 var.    Estimate $150 - 200.

This card contains a subset of these called Colima Provisionals. The Colima postmaster used a private surcharge to reduce the value of the stamps to 1c. He sold the stamps at a premium. Although they were not legal, some covers exist genuinely circulated in the mails. They are very rare. This card is possibly unique.
