"Shoo Fly" of Evansville, Ind., complete strike with matching "Evansville, Ind., Apr 25" cds tying 1869, 3¢ ultramarine on cover to St. Clair, Pa.; stamp with pre-use flaws and cover lightly discolored and slightly reduced, Fine, a very rare on cover fancy cancellation, certificate lists this as the third S-E type but it is clear it is the 2nd type (boot with high collar); with 2015 P.S.E. certificate.
