1861, 1¢ blue, in combination with 1861, 3¢ rose (65) or the 3¢ letter rate plus 1¢ carrier fee, on cover addressed to "U.S. Gunboat Tuscumbia off Cairo, Ill.", tied by "Cleveland, O., May 15" cds and grid duplexes for the 3¢ letter rate plus 1¢ carrier fee, Very Fine and extremely rare Cleveland carrier fee use, ex-Allen.
