1857, 3¢ dull red, type IV, two singles, small flaws, manuscript canceled and tied by bold "Norway, Me., Feb 17" cds on oversized embossed border Valentine cover to Yarmouth, Me., with pierced lace Valentine with floral embellishments, enamel envelope at center and Kershaw maker's imprint, with second smaller Valentine cover from correspondence franked with 1857, 3¢ dull red, type III (26) tied by "Norway, Me., Feb 14" Valentine's Day cds, with Valentine enclosure; some light tone spots on the former, otherwise Very Fine, an interesting Valentine duo.
