California Postal History Balance, of over 45 items in album; various San Francisco cover including early manuscript 80 rate and 1860's Registered straight line, other townmarks with Yreka manuscript, Yankee Jims, Spanish Flat, manuscript Clarksville with "Overland via Salt Lake" endorsement (faulty), Red Dog, Crescent City manuscript, Bodie, Copperopolis, etc., some illustrated including two faulty miner's covers and front, couple telegraph covers, etc.; condition is mixed, inspect.

Western Express Cover Balance, of 13 Wells, Fargo & Co. usages and a scarce unused Garland's Express frank entire; nice array of towns including Sutter Creek, Mayfield, Monterey, Monticello, Merced, Sebastopol, Tehama, Greenwood, San Bernardino, Bear Valley, Coloma and Nicholaus; few minor flaws with most nice readable strikes (See website for images).

Colonial Stampless Group, 1795-99, of six folded letters; includes 1795 Boston straight line with "Sh 12" rating, and 1799 Boston straight line with 12½ rating, 1797 Portsmouth two line postmark, 1798 Providence straight line with manuscript date, 1797 "N. York, July 18" straight line and "Richm'd. Nov 27, 1795" straight line; generally F-VF (See website for images).
