Confederacy, 1863, 10¢ milky blue, margins large to just touching, placed over U.S. 1860, 3¢ Star Die entire indicia (U27) addressed to Saunton, Va., tied by neat blue grid handstamp with matching "University of Virginia, Va., Jul 20, 1863" cds, with original enclosure; entire with trivial wrinkling and slightly reduced at right, a Very Fine and attractive adversity usage; with 2023 P.S.E. certificate.
