Canada, 1857, ½d deep rose & 9d green, plate proof on India on card, ½d the 1858 deep rose trial color, a lovely pair of blocks of 4, marvelous color, the ½d with a partial small but a bit close on the other sides, the 7½s with nice margins except a little close at lower left, F.-V.F. Unitrade No. 8TC, 9P C$3,000 as singles ($2,100).
