Canada, 1897, Queen Victoria Jubilee, $3 yellow bister, an incredible top sheet margin plate no. single with adjacent left and right selvage pieces rejoined to recreate the full "OTTAWA — N^o - 24" imprint, plate number single, the whole is exceptionally fresh and the stamp is quite well centered, a Very Fine showpiece. One of very few $3 plate number pieces.
