Penang, Missent, to Penang, two-line handstamp on cover addressed to P.O.W. interned at Dyatalawa Camp in Celyon, franked with Netherlands 5c rose, two singles + 2½c green tied by "Rotterdam, 26 Sep, 01" cds's on corner card cover, purple oval censor and rose crown E.R. censor tape at top, "Penang, Oc 18, 1901" and Colombo transit backstamps; cover wear, tears and fold reduction at bottom, Fine, a rare mis-sent auxiliary handstamp, this is nine years earlier then recorded by Proud.
