"Axe" of Collinsville, Ct., two covers, each with different types of fancy "Axe" cancels, each franked with 1857 3¢, first postmarked large "Axe" with integral date and town with centrally struck "Paid 3" on stamp, other with small "Axe" only (S-E PO-Wt 6) cancelling stamp and Collinsville, Conn, cds at left, Very Fine, large Axe cover with 1995 P.F. Cert. stating "stamp with a small stain at bottom right which has been partially removed".
