New South Wales, 1854, Queen Victoria, 6d olive gray, watermarked "6", large margined single, canceled with barred oval on 1857 cover to London, "pr Mark of Judah" manuscript at upper left, large numeral "3" handstamp and "London, Paid, Mr 2, 1857" tombstone datestamp all in red, the latter ties the stamp to the cover, backstamped with Sydney origin and "Plymouth, Ship Letter" datestamps, Extremely Fine and choice, very scarce in outstanding condition. New South Wales, 1854, Queen Victoria, 6d gray, watermarked "6", additionally franked with Registration 1856, 6d red & blue (F2), both stamps with large margins and tied to small 1857 cover to Harrington, England by barred oval cancels, oval "Registered, Sydney, N.S.W., Ju 18, 1857" date stamp and registered G.P.O transit marking from London both in red, back stamped with Harrington receiving mark, Extremely Fine. South Australia, 1855, Queen Victoria (London Print), 6d deep blue, imperf, Large Star watermark, four large margins with portion of two adjacent stamps, tied on folded letter with grid cancel, "Penola, No 20, 1856" cds at left addressed to Melbourne, the six pence rate payed the postage to other Australian States to 1 ounce, Extremely Fine and attractive.
