Philippines, Revenue Issue Balance, of mostly on document usages; includes well over two dozen Collector of Customs documents with various revenue usages including bisects and the only reported combination use of the 1899 1p Sello issue, unusual Mariana Islands receipt & accounts revenue, 1899 licence with rare combination 1p grey purple (Sello 7) and 10c timbre movil especial, 1890's bill of lading, 1937 Coastline Licence with Custom Service issues, and a few other later issues; a nice group for the specialist.
