The Richard Winter Collection of North Carolina Transatlantic Mails, one binder 31 covers (mostly stampless) all neatly written up on exhibition pages which includes Dick's first Transatlantic cover (although not from North Carolina), This envelope was the first stampless transatlantic cover in my collection. The intrigue with the transit markings on this cover launched a lifetime of study of transatlantic mails., the collection includes both incoming and outbound covers to and from North Carolina, overall Very Fine.Estimate $1,500 - 2,000.
