1939, Presidential Issue, 4½¢ White House, horizontal coil, perf. 10 vertically, tied by roller cancel on Yagle Pharmacy, Wilkensburg, Pa. parcel post merchandise 4th class mail box to Petaluma, Cal., with original content being the Yagle 3D Perforation Gauge and Watermark Detector (copyright 1954) a circular philatelic gauge with raised gauge marks (appears to be made of Bakelite), Very Fine, a scarce solo usage and original philatelic contents.

1939, Presidential Issue, 4½¢ White House, horizontal coil, perf. 10 vertically, tied by "Merion Station, Pa., Parcel Post, Nov 13, 1945" cds on cover to Seattle, Wash., with red fourth class mail label and oval "Insured, Minimum Fee" handstamp, otherwise Very Fine and rare solo 4½¢ Prexie solo use.
