State Dept., 1873, 7¢ dark green, with only one example graded higher, o.g. (slightly disturbed from hinge removal), perfectly centered with large even margins, deep fresh color, Extremely Fine; with 2008 P.F. & 2009 P.S.E. certificate, latter Graded (XF 90J, SMQ $1250).

The P.F. cert. calls this Disturbed O.G. and the P.S.E. cert. states, Disturbed Part O.G. We agree with the P.F. cert as it has full gum which is slightly disturbed from hinge removal.
