Gibraltar, Collection, 1886-2000, an exceptional holding with a very high degree of completion, many good set and singles, included is 1886, QV 1s mint with 1987 PF Certificate (7), 1886-1898 1s mint (20), KEVII 1903 and 1904 sets to the £1 mint (39-64), KGV 1912 set to the £5 mint (66-93), KGVI 1938-1949 set to £1 mint (107-118), QEII period virtually complete and more, a lovely holding with many better items throughout.

Gibraltar, and Morocco Agencies Postal Stationery Group, 1890-1905, a very unusual mix, Gibraltar has six postal cards, three registered envelopes and three wrappers, Morocco Agencies has seven postal cards, two registered envelopes and three wrappers, an unusual array of usages, some with additional franking or postage due, a very interesting wrapper from Gibraltar to Tientsin addressed to the "British Contingent of the China Field Forces" with Base Office backstamp, a Gibraltar card with additional 10c of Spain addressed to Belgium and more, several scarce items included.

Gold Coast, Cover Selection, 1890-1904, thirteen covers in all, most are from the QV period, included are 1890, 2d pair from Cape Coast to Germany, ½p strip of 5 on Myerscough cover from Elmina to London, 1s, two singles plus 2½p tied with Accra boxed cancel (scarce), to Germany, 1896, 10s in combination with ½p and 3p tied on philatelic cover from Axim to England, two covers with boxed "Too Late" markings, the first from Secondee the other from Winnebah and more, a very clean group, please examine.

Great Britain, Postmark Collection, 1833-1901, hundreds of items housed in a 3 ring binder, useful range of postmarks from the pre-adhesive period to the early 20th century; includes not only Great Britain but also Ireland and Scotland, useful numbers of free frankings on fronts, barred numeral cancels on the penny red imperf, some useful ranges of early Scottish barred numerals, barred numeral duplex cancels, squared circles plus others, condition is mixed, please inspect.

Great Britain, Trans-Atlantic Cover Stock, 1835-1885, a very large holding of several hundred covers both stamped and stampless, from a very wide number of British towns to many different US cities or towns, carried on many different ships from various lines, many different rates paid with different rate marking some are annotated as to the ship, the treaty it was under, the postage paid and how that broke down between the various postal entities, many of the covers are franked with British postage from the 1s embossed to some later issues to the 6p, there are multi franked covers as well as combination frankings, also included are a small group of Mulready 1p & 2p lettersheets and envelopes, two are mint and much more, condition is very mixed, please inspect.

Great Britain, Collection, 1840-1992, an exceptional holding housed in a Scott specialty album with many scare and valuable stamps, included are 1840, Penny Black (4) and 2d blue (2) (1-2) used, all with four nice margins, very nice groupings of the QV surface printed issues used with value to the £1 (3), £5 orange (93) used, 10s Watermark Anchor mint (91), £1 brown violet (110) used, KEVII issues complete, with all high values represented, three copies of the £1 green (142) (two mint and one used), KGV issues nearly complete with all the Seahorses mint or used, PUC £1 mint (209) n.h. QEII nearly complete, a very good showing of the back of the book with Mulready Envelope, 1d mint (U1), Postage due Stamps complete from 1914-1956, I.R. Official 5s, 10s and £1 used (O8-O11), good run of Government Parcels to the 1s, a very pleasing selection of Offices in Turkey with values to 24 Piastres and much more, must be viewed to be properly appreciated, an outstanding collection with condition being way above the norm, huge catalogue value.

(1d with cert) early 1850's issues somewhat sparse with later 1857 4d unused and 1856 6d mint x2 in shades, 1862 issues with mint 3d, 4d, 9d & 1sh values, 1867 issues complete to 9d mint, 1870's issues with a nice selection of mint between 2½d-1sh values, mint issues thereon with 1880-81 issue complete with some marginal singles and pairs representing, 1883 mint surcharges, 1883-84 issue complete to the 9d, Jubilees complete to 1sh values, similar KEVII issues and strong completion thereafter with many marginal singles and pairs including matching marginal sets, Seahorses lacking only £1 and 1934 set, 1955-58 Castle set with 10sh & £1 from the better Due la Rue printing (with certs) and strong completion thereon again with many marginal singles and multiples, regional and complete dues, Officials virtually all used with better including "I.R." 1885 5sh with raised period variety, 1901 1sh on piece, completion in Parcel issues, good O.W. & Army issues, Admiralty issues appear complete, also a used run of high value Telegraph issues from 5sh-£5, etc., collection also includes additional issues neatly arranged in stockbook from 1840 issues on, a special Bristol postmark collection which including some nice 1847 embossed issues with nice 6d marginal single (with certs) and 1sh on cover, mint block stock and booklets in glassine, etc.; with 10 certificates accompany, condition varies mostly confined to early issues with much n.h. in later issues and even in some earlier issues, careful examination recommended.

Great Britain, Powerful collection 1840-1965, many hundreds housed in two Lighthouse albums with many better items; included are 1840, Penny Black plates 1-10, all with four good to close margins, 2d blue, both plates, very interesting run of later line engraved issues including 1870, 1½d mint (32), two singles, 1864, Penny plates (33) nearly complete, including plate 225 used, a complete run of all the plates of the 1870 ½d (58), many being mint, very good range of the surface printed issues to the £1 mostly used with some mint, interesting coverage of the KEVII and the KGV reigns, including the PUC £1 (208) very lightly used, and much more, although there are some items in mixed condition, overall a powerful holding with huge catalogue value, must be carefully inspected.

Great Britain, and Commonwealth, better postal history group 1840-1975, accumulation of hundreds with a strong emphasis on Great Britain with some interesting covers and ephemera from some of it's colonies; included are a range of stampless covers, Mulready 1d, letter sheet and envelope mint, a run of line engraved with some usages to better destination and some used abroad, nice group of KG V Seahorse issue on cover with a very attractive 2/6 and 10/ on cover to Tasmania, a very interesting run of Australian First Flight covers, extensive range of Canada with some beautiful advertising covers, a very good run of Admirals paying various rates, a group of six Falkland Island picture postcard each franked with various KG V definitives, some unusual WW1 period covers from Cameroon and Togo, also included is a very interesting and esoteric group of ephemera, to mention a few, early lace Valentine cards, paintings of ladies that have cut stamps used for the dresses, an unusual Victoria era cloth stamp box, a superb American Banknote Company promotional card showing a beaver and much more, too many to mention here, a wonderful lot, must be viewed.
