3¢ rose, on Jules Berr Patent Envelope, tied on 1863 cover with "New York Oct 10" cds and geometric duplex going to Peterboro, NH, spectacular billboard advertising on the inside of the cover including the side flaps, Jules Berr Manufacturer of the Advertising Envelope at bottom, additional ads for coffee, insurance, medicine, publishing, wine and more, also includes images of a train car and carriage, some minor opening faults, overall Very Fine, a very rare item with great eye appeal.
