Tied by "Jaluit, Marshall Inseln, 4.12, 00" cds on multicolored picture postcard to Bebra, with receiving handstamp at lower left, card with scuffing and couple internal holes well away from stamps and postmarks, otherwise Very Fine, an attractive example of this rare provisional usage; with 1971 H.
