New South Wales, 1861 cover to Washington, D.C. Franked with 1860-63 2d blue + 1sh rose + 6d gray (light crease) tied by "Sydney" duplex cancels & black "N.York Am. Pkt/5" debit cds with red London transit alongside, manuscript endorsement "Via Marseilles", 6d maybe imperf, but is cut to close to be sure, Very Fine, a very attractive three color franking.

Queensland, 1879 cover to San Francisco. Franked with 1876-78 2d blue strip of 6 tied by "81" numeral cancel & matching "Warwick" cds, sent via Brisbane, magenta "San Francisco Paid All" cds & black "Paid All" in circle applied on arrival, minor flap tear, Very Fine, a lovely franking.
