Comprehensive intact mint and mostly used collection in album, strong in classic issues and no Wash-Frank issues, starting with beautiful 4 margin #9X, 1846 issues with 5¢ pair and four margin 10¢ with recut frameline plate variety, 1851 including 1¢ types noting reliefs, study of #10-11's including margin singles (all sides and corners), #12 & #17, similar 1857 types with noted plate varieties #25's, #26's including double perf pair and singles, basic values up the 30¢, 1861 basic values complete and including 3¢ pink, 5¢ buff and red brown, 24¢ steel blue, good E. & F. grills, Pictorials complete, Banknotes with 1¢-6¢ & 15¢ grills with complete later issues including 1¢ & 2¢ Douglas patent punch on double paper varieties, Small Bureaus complete, Columbians mint to the 15¢ and 30¢, 1894 complete to the $5 (#263 appears reperfed), 1894 complete including $1 & $5 values with clear P.F. certs, #272a slightly faulty but rare, mint #266-267 se-tenant pair, Trans-Miss complete to a mint $1 (small tear), Pan-Am complete mint, 1902 set complete with mint to 13¢, Louisiana, Jamestown & 1909 reds complete mint (including #369), Pan-Pac complete, 1922 4th Bureau set mint (many gem centered), private perfs, better coil wastes, perf 10, rotaries, 2¢ block with the scarce "Long Ear" variety in center, Kans-Nebr set complete, etc., a true collector's collection with great eye-appeal, some mixed condition mostly minor and confined to early material, a must see to appreciate.
