1870, 10¢ brown, grilled, two singles + 24¢ purple. Tied by circle of wedges cancel on 1873 double rate cover to Ahmednugger, India, red Boston exchange and London transit cds's with "2" rate handstamp, "Via Southampton" routing endorsement, with sea post office and receiving backstamps, small tear in left stamp which has been removed to check grill and replaced back, some cover toning, otherwise F.-V.F., a rare usage of the 10¢ grill issue; with 2001 P.F. certificate.
