Tied by light grid cancels on local drop rate cover, "New York, P.O., Jul 17" cds alongside and additional city cds on reverse, left 1¢ with perfs slightly overlapping cover at top, otherwise Very Fine, a very unusual mixed 1¢ National Banknote issue usage, illustrated in Brookman.
