Japan collection, 1870-1970's. Strong mostly mint collection in Scott album with used confined to 19th century, few mixed early issues with better used from 1874 on including 1874 4s the scarce 1877 45s carmine, fair range of turn of the century commemoratives and definitives with better later including a 1916 10s Heir Apparent mint (small thin), strong completion in 1920 commemoratives including 1921 sets, 1927 UPU, etc., virtually complete commemoratives from 1930's on including Park sheets (missing one) and other better including 1948 Beauty sheets (sheet of 5 n.h.) and 1949 Children & Communication sheets, 1949-52 Portraits set n.h., good lottery sheets, etc., airmails with #C1 (a #C2 forgery), 1950 set, some Offices and a section of Ryukyu Islands with strong basic completion including complete back-of-the-book; condition mixed mostly confined to early issues.

Mostly mint in album and on pages in 3 binders, nice range of definitives mostly used, with strength in mint commemorative material with highlights including 1916, 10s mint (tone spots), 1921, 10s 50th Anniversary mint and many of the better 1920-30's sets thereafter, better souvenir sheets throughout including #222a (cat $550), Parks sheets with folders, #385a, 1949 Childrens Day & Telecomm. sheets, better lottery sheets, nice range of back-of-the-book and additional FDC's, mint blocks, postal cards and other commemorative items, worth careful inspection.

Japan mint multiple and sheet accumulation, 1899-1949. Dozens of issues mostly in large blocks and sheets, mostly definitive issues from 1899-1907 issue booklet panes (counted as single stamps) to the 1937-45 issues, highlights including #103 x74 (mostly booklet panes), #175 x50, #180-182 in full sheets, etc., 4 Japan Occupation of Dutch Indies sheets; mostly n.h. with some sheets stuck down on margins affecting adjacent stamps (many of which come up), includes some revenue multiples and additional sheet material not counted, Scott catalog $7,215 not counting n.h. premium and early booklet panes, well worth careful inspection.

Korea Specialized collection, 1895-1902. Singles and multiples identified in glassine on stockpages, focusing on the various overprint varieties, many with unlisted Scott varieties, including 1895 issues with 50p imperf and imperf between pairs, 1897 issues with #15a mint pair (thins) and other missing or double overprint varieties, 1902 surcharges with double and inverted overprints, etc.; condition a little mixed as to be expected but far above the normal overall, scarce material and well worth careful inspection.

Hundreds of stamps indentified in glassine on stockcards, mostly varieties with the majority imperf definitives from the 1940-50's, also imperf between Scott #92, better issues in premium n.h. multiples, 1951 surcharge varieties, unused 1909 Falcon issue high values x4 (mixed condition, cat well over $4,800), inspection highly recommended to appreciate.
