Large four margin copy cancelled and tied on 1846 folded letter sheet by two strikes of red "U.S." in octagon handstamps, matching "U.S. City Despatch Post, March 27" cds, minor cover tear, Extremely Fine and choice; with 1978 Friedl certificate.

Margins close to slightly in at right, tied by "Floyd's Penny Post, Chicago" circular handstamp on cover to St. Louis, Mo., in combination with 1861, 3¢ rose tied by blue Chicago, Ill. duplex postmark, manuscript "Keep this envelope. Find out what Penny Post means." notation at top, Very Fine, an attractive to-the-mails usage; with 1996 P.F. certificate.

Four full margins, tied by acid cancel on cover to Burlington, N.J., entered the mails with blue "Philadelphia Pa, Jul 10" cds with matching "5" in circle rate handstamp, Extremely Fine and choice, a rare very use of the Teese & Co. local stamp and one of the finest of only twelve recorded usages; with 1998 P.F. certificate.
