This is the sole example attaining the grade of "XF-Superb 95J" in the P.S.E. Population Report, with only two stamps grading higher with a "Superb 98" designation.

Horizontal strip of 3 in transitional strip of 4 with partial rough perforations on first stamp, o.g., never hinged, bright and fresh, Very Fine, a choice transitional strip of this extremely rare imperforate Transportation coil issue, with only one pair known to us, this strip is most likely the only transition strip in existence, listed but unpriced in Scott.
