In pair with normal, o.g., never hinged, beautifully centered with large margins & sheet margin at bottom, Post Office fresh, Extremely Fine and choice, a very scarce item in this gem never hinged condition; with 1999 P.F. certificate. Unitrade No. 5f C$157 as singles ($160).
