An outstanding six color franking on front and reverse of cover to Istanbul (Scott #29, 34a x2, 40, 45, 49 & 52), sent by a civil servant in the Ministry of Interior Affairs, all tied by Angora cds's, registry box and negative oval censor handstamps, reverse with Faith transit and receiving postmarks; cover opened at side for display, Very Fine, a remarkable showpiece; with 1994 IFILA certificate.
