Tied by straight line Zacatecas handstamp on September 21, 1861 folded letter and sent to Tampico, red "1/" mark maybe indicating fee for British ship, if so, likely routed to Tuxpam and shipped to Tampico because of the war, Very Fine and choice, ex Gutierrez, O. Rodriguez.
