Tied by "Veracruz, Ver., Feb 20. 99" cds on package card with section "B" "Hoja de envio." to Freiburg, Germany, "per Vapor Alemane" ship routing, Hamburg transit and receiving backstamp, Very Fine, one of two recorded section "B" package card usages known.
