Large margin single tied by negative "Correos Tepic" handstamp on 1868 folded letter sheet, matching "Franqueado, Tepic, Oct 11/68" oval date stamp at top; cover tone spots and stamp with light ruled pencil lines in margin not mention in certificate, F.-V.F., a very late usage as the new issue started on Sept 8, 1868; with 2007 MEPSI certificate.
