Comprehensive mint collection on album pages, high degree of completion throughout with condition well above the norm overall, Continental issues with complete Agriculture and complete Executive issues, Interiors missing #O20-21 and Justice issues missing high value, Navy & Post Office issue complete, State issues to the 90¢, complete Treasury and War lack mostly lower values, American issues with near complete Interior and complete War departments; condition a little mixed with well centered stamps the rule, well worth careful inspection.
