Apr 15 cds" and used as a commercial envelope, addressed to "Brig Genl. H. A. Wise, Near Adams Run, Colleton Dist, S.C.", Extremely Fine, a wonderful cover.

Confederacy, Confederate States of America, Treasurer's Office, imprinted semi-official cover franked with 1862 5¢ blue tied "Richmond, Va." cds to Springfield S.C. which has been crossed out and manuscript "Due 5 cut to shape Missent & forwarded" to Fort Mill, S.C. with Rock Hill, S.C. cds, large center portion of stamp replaced, minor cover edge wear, Fine, a scarce usage.

Confederacy, Confederate States of America, War Department, Surgeon General's Office, imprinted semi-official franked by awesome upper left corner single of 1862 10¢ Paterson in very unusual steel blue shade and struck by incredibly bold perfect "Richmond, Va. Oct 12, 1862" cds, addressed to a doctor in 6th S.C. Regt at Winchester, two back flaps missing & minor edge wear, Extremely Fine, a spectacular cover, with 2007 APEX certificate which does not address the very unusual stamp shade.

Swan" at lower left, franked with U.S. 1861, 3¢ rose tied by blue "Savannah, Ga., Jul 17" cds, matching "Steamboat" straight line and "Due 2" in circle handstamps, Very Fine, an interesting turned cover and usages.
