Mexico, 1886-92 1c-3c Numeral combination covers. 3 covers all paying the 5c foreign rate; two 2c + 3c combinations from Colima to San Francisco (3c overlapping cover) and Zacatecas to London, other with two 2c and a 1c from Oaxaca to New York City, Zacatecas cover with 2c showing cracked plate variety, F.-V.F.

Mexico, 1886-87 Numeral issue proofs. Cut to shape with 2.5mm security punch hole, complete regular 1c-25c set of 10 plus the 3 unissued values (50c, 1 and 2 pesos), some thinning mostly in lower values, Fine, a very rare set of the 1886-87 Numeral issue, this set reported to be the one from the Laarranaga sale in the 1940's.
Estimate    $2,000 - 2,500.
