Without gum as issued, nicely centered with margin clear at top, brilliant color, P.S.E. cert. states, "short perf at the bottom left corner", which probably occurred naturally during separation, fresh and Very Fine, a lovely stamp, with only 878 issued; with 1978 P.F. certificate and 2005 P.S.E. Graded certificate (F 70, SMQ $1,350).
