Geometric cancel covers. 41 covers most from 1860-80's; including geometrics, rosettes, pinwheels, better include #157+158 to Syria with crossroads cancels, #186 Sunburst cancel, and #65 with S.F. cogwheel cancel, nice variety, fine lot, inspection recommended.

Waterbury Fancy Cancel Balance Lot. A interesting lot of 29 covers & cards used in the Bank Note period, most franked with single 3¢ green Bank Note, cancels include 5 covers with Rosettes, six covers with Leafs, five covers with Arrowheads (one of which is pictured in the Rohloff book), five covers with Crossroads, one with Four Petal Flower, three covers with Hearts, one cover with Circular Grid, one cover with Maple Leaf, one cover with Oval grid, etc., plus an 1865 cover franked with 1861 3¢ tied by town cancel & bold "Waterbury, Con." double circle postmark, mixed condition, please inspect.

1943, U.S. Navy covers. Correspondence of 44 covers from naval lieutenant stationed seemingly at Midway Island, all to his wife, with some descriptions of battle, all censored, all with return address NOB Navy 1504, FPO San Francisco; should be a very interesting account.

An interesting lot of 30 covers & cards with various Military postmarks & markings, most are from World War II, however a couple of items from the Spanish American war & WWI are noted, includes some prisoner of war items, mixed condition, please inspect as this is a nice lot for the specialist.
