1847-57 Classic Cover Balance. A small group of 19 covers with a diverse range of franking & cancels, included are three 5¢ 1847 covers (one with pair), three 1851 issue covers (one with 12¢ pair), twelve covers with 1857 Issue frankings (six covers with 10¢ frankings, five covers with 12¢ pair & one 24¢ cover), also included is 12¢ Dept. of Interior Official on cover, mixed condition, a valuable lot worth inspection.

1851 1¢ Blue, Balance Lot. A wonderful lot of 68 covers used domestically with a wide variety of cancels & usages, included Circular rate covers, Drop rate covers, 1st Class rate covers, & Trans-Continental rate covers, all appear to be franked with 1¢ type II or IV, mixed condition, please inspect, an important lot for the specialist.

1851 3¢ Issue, Balance Lot. A wonderful lot of 396 covers used domestically with a wide variety of cancels & usages, of the 392 covers over 46 covers are franked with 3¢ orange brown; included are Margin Examples, Fancy Cancels, Color Cancels (several with green postmarks), Ladies Covers, Advertising Covers, Auxiliary Markings, etc., plus a number of Vermont towns are noted, virtually all franked with with single 3¢, many nice stamps & cancels are present, mixed condition, please inspect, as this is an important lot for the specialist with most covers hand selected for their unique interest.

A fascinating lot of 234 covers used domestically with a wide variety of cancels & usages, of the 233 covers 32 covers are franked with 3¢ Type I; included are Fancy Cancels, Color Cancels, Ladies Covers, Advertising Covers, Auxiliary Markings, etc., plus a Major Plated Crack (Pos. 48R7, #25, however the top right corner is defective), virtually all franked with single 3¢, many nice stamps & cancels are present, mixed condition, please inspect as this is an important lot for the specialist.
