1861, 10¢ yellow green + 1863, 2¢ black. Tied by blue cork cancel on cover to England, 2¢ Blackjack additionally tied by matching blue Kenosha, Wis. cds & red London transit cds, Blackjack with couple blunt perf & cover with small mended nick at top, flap missing, F.-V.F., an attractive cover.

1861, 10¢ yellow green. Well centered, tiny perf toning at top, tied by segmented cancel to "Capt. Lawrence, Brig Rio-Grande, Matanzas, Cuba", backstamped with indistinct Maine cds, slightly reduced at left, Very Fine.

Three very well centered singles, left stamp lightly creased & right stamp with few blunt perfs, cancelled by "New Orleans" cds & segmented cancels on blue folded cover to Germany with red "New York Am. Pkt./7 Paid" credit cds & blue boxed "Aachen Franco" handstamp, Very Fine and attractive.

1861, 12¢ black, vertical pair. On cover to Crone, West Prussia, tied by "Carson City, Nev." cds and cork duplex, endorsed "Via Prussian closed Mail" with red "New York, 3, Am. Pkt., Mar 3" and similar integral "23" rate cds in black with matching "Short Paid" boxed handstamp, Aachen transit backstamp; stamps overlapping cover fold back and thus creased, otherwise Very Fine.

1861, 12¢ black + 2¢ black + 24¢ grayish lilac, horizontal strip of 4. Strip in at sides, tied by segmented cork cancel on 10¢ green entire used as part-paste-up, with Wells, Fargo & Co. black frank at top; light file fold affecting one 24¢ stamp, Fine, an attractive high value franking; with 1988 P.F. certificate.
