Full even margins, tied by "Bordeaux, 1 Janv, 49" First Day of Issue cds and manuscript cross cancel on folded letter sheet to Paris, with clear second strike origin postmark at center, receiving postmark on reverse; cover with file folds and light wear, otherwise Very Fine, an attractive First Issue First Day usage. Scott No. 3.
