Somewhat faint red cds (MRN-810) on registered cover to Switzerland, pen cancels on 10¢, 3¢ & 2¢ Bank Note's, other markings on reverse, slightly reduced at top and right side, few other small faults, Fine, earliest known use of this postmark, in blue and a manuscript are only 3 covers from this town.

(Marin) Ignacio, Cal., Dec 27 1895. Double circle postmark (MRN-820) tying 2¢ carmine and another cover Jun 17 1896 (MRN-830) also tying 2¢ carmine, both covers slightly soiled and latter with bottom backflap partly torn off, F.-V.F. lot, 2 of 3 known 19th century covers.
