Bold serrated circle postmark (Bomar J88-02) on cover franked with 2¢ green Bank Note tied by "Hallowell, Me". cds, addressed to Henry Bailey, Ops. Sub Tropical Building, Jacksonville, Florida, Extremely Fine, one of the rarest of all Exposition markings known, only four examples recorded.

1889-91 North Pacific Industrial Exposition (Portland, Ore.). two complimentary entrance tickets, the first is an 1890 ticket and a second ticket for the 1891 Exposition when the name of the Expo. was changed to "Portland Industrial Exposition", some adherence & abrasions on reverse, Very Fine.

(1889 Paris Universal Exposition). "Department of State./United States Commission to the Paris Exposition of 1889./New York Office, 1 Broadway" Penalty envelope (Bomar P89-01B) in blue with New York duplex cancel to Richmond, Very Fine and unusual, one of two recorded example of this rare imprint.
