Cds with "Paid 5" handstamp inside postmark on turned cover to Crawfordsville, Ga., the "Paid 5" handstamp was apparently overlooked & manuscript "Due 5" added, inside use franked with vert. pair 1863 5¢ blue, Local Print (just touched in one place, some margin toning) tied by "Crawfordsville, Ga." cds & used to Athens, Very Fine, ex-Kohn.
