Originating handstamp on cover carried to Shasta where Adams & Co. applied red oval dated handstamp, thence to Marysville where Adams applied handstamp & carried on to San Francisco addressee, reduced at right and some overall aging, still Fine and rare triple handstamp combination usage.

Cram, Rogers & Co.'s Express/Yreka. Blue oval handstamp on folded letter addressed to Secretary of State in Benecia (then state capital), cover carried by Adams Express with their red oval handstamp of Shasta, manuscript "By Adams & Co. Express" endorsement at bottom left, cover then handed over to Cram, Rodgers in Yreka for transmission to San Francisco, manuscript docketing "June 1 '53" at top, couple file folds, F.-V.F., a nice conjunctive express usage.
