Philippines, Cover Balance. 15 better items on album pages; including 1894 commercial front to New York with 1890, 8c (uncanceled) + Hong Kong 5¢ QV tied by cds and U.S. 5¢ Postage Due, 1890, 10c (#166) on cover to London, U.S. Administration with uprated U.S. 1¢ postal card sent Aug 23, 98 to Germany via Hong Kong and San Francisco with message…Manila is, on August 13th, in the hands of the Americans, couple patriotic covers, one registered and other 2¢ postage due, Manila to Hong Kong with 5¢ Trans-Miss pair, 10¢ Columbian entire to Manila uprated with 10¢ + 30¢ Columbians, #216 + 222 combination on registered cover to Spain, #U9+215 to Bangkok, Siam, 1899, 50¢ on rebacked cover front (marked as "No Wmk"), two #E1 usages and 1907 cover from New York to Yokohama forwarded to Manila; worth careful evaluation.
